I have had bleeding after BM for a few days now. I know it is outside because I just touch it with the TP and it is bright red blood, WHAT IS CAUSING THIS, nothing seems to be helping, it itches, it stings. I want to itch it so bad, I was washing up with morning and could not help it and scratched it and now am having lots of troubles, do you know of any kind of cream or something that will help, should I take imodium to stop my bowels for a little while and let it heal, I have had this one and off for awhile. I have been to the Dr said I have hemmorids and that my anus was irritated.
PLEASE HELP

PS i am 37 years old have no family history of Cancer, but there is of diabetes and high blood pressure

Plus I sit all day at work

It sure sounds like hemmroids. You might try some of the type of cream that they use on babies for diaper rash (I think it's Zinc Oxide). It is thick and helps protect the irritated skin. You may end up having to have surgery on the hemmroids--if that's what is causing the trouble. Check back with your doctor---and in the meantime, you can try the diaper cream.

ok there is not itching or pain today and there is not blood, I havent went yet today so we will see what happens later

This sounds very much like an anal fissure. I had one in May and it just healed up in August. Eat lots of fiber and I would suggest a colorectal surgeon. Most creams on it do more harm than good. Get an official diagnosis, but the itching and burning definitely sounds like a fissure as well as the blood on the paper. Take lots of hot baths.
