Exclamation constipation due to injury

hello,
i recently, with in the last week, got kicked by a horse in the abdomen area. the main blow hit the ribs with maybe a little in the upper stomach area. its nothing too serious and i didnt experience any pain. however, ever since the kick i have been constipated. i was wondering if maybe it didnt damage intestines or something of the sort, but i would think that would cause pain or at least discomfort. i am able to pass a bowel movement, just not very much at a time and im kind of worried about this. i dont believe it is severe enough to see a physician yet so i thought i would check on here and see what you thought.

thanks
