Weird problem with Defecation...
My "stuff" looks alright, usually yellow/brown and not watery. However I always get the problem where I cannot "clean" myself. It would appeared to be clean, but then after a few hours it would act like leaking (but I cannot feel it) and make my underwear a dirty. When I try to "clean" it again it is usually more wet (but still not considered as water).

This does not happen all the time.... what is going on?

Try adding fiber. If that doesn't work get an exam because it could be due to hemorrhoids. My money is on adding the fiber and bulking things up.

Youre stool should not be yellow, that indicates a bile backup.

i have the same problem too. I think i'm clean and later on i find that i have to clean off some clear sticky stuff. Its nerve racking!
