Darrin is right a water soluble fiber supplement will help to bulk up your stools by absorbing the fluid in your colon as it slows down your intestines.
It should make them bulkier and regular.
I have used psyllium seed husk for 23 years. I now use the Wal Mart Equate brand -- it works and is about half the cost. I take it twice daily and I like the powderd type, orange flavored, sugar free best-- that you mix with water best. Because I know it is well dispersed. Make sure you drink lots of water --6 to 8 glasses daily.
I have found that eating too much insoluble fiber will make your stool looser --- insoluble fiber is fiber that does not absorb fluid --like all fruit, all veggies, the bran from grains--nuts and seeds.
