I've just drastically changed my diet 2 months ago due to very high cholesterol. I've seen lost 13 lbs.
I eat healthy, try my best for 5 to 9 fruits and veggies a day, 2 servings of grains, legumes, no red meat, just chicken and fish etc...
For the last week, I find about 30 minutes after a meal, I get severe bloating and gas. I also feel full. This doesn't pass (no pun intended!
) for several hours.
I don't plan on going back to unhealthy eating but I wonder if my dietary changes could be responsible to these recent symptoms.
Is this something temporary? why did it just start?
