PANCA and ASCA Anyone?

I have a long history of what I and my DR has always thought was ulcerative colitis. My Dr died and now this new DR says maybe UC maybe Crohns. Ordered blood work for this ASCA and PANCA levels. I know that it has something to do with antibodies made by the body. Wondering if anyone has any experience with this. Thanks, Jackie
