I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy for anemia on April 9th. All was well. The anemia is under treatment and most likely was due to taking an anti inflammatory. Since the colonoscopy I have had frequent bowel movements most days. They are formed, soft, but I have 6 or so a day. There are no other symptoms. My bloodwork is all OK, no pain, no cramping, no weight loss, no foul odor, no bleeding, etc. I can control with Imodium about twice a week, but it always returns. My doc gave me a script for an antiperistaltic which I have not filled yet. He is thinking it must be IBS as a default I guess. I have also tried stopping various medications for a few days, like the iron, but there is no consistent pattern. Has anyone else had anything similar? Or any ideas? Thanks
