I had a bowel movement today and the color was a very very very light brown. That is why I would call it pale. Also, my bowel movements have been softer then usual, but nothing close to diarreha. I don't have any other symptoms like stomach pain or nausea. I was constipated for about a day or two, but that went away. Any idea what this is?
