| intense abdominal pain...what should I do..no health ins

I've been diagnosed w/ acid reflux yrs back but never really been treated for it. Recently I've been having recurring stomach pain, I had a couple attacks in the past few months that if I had health insurance I would have ended up in the ER.
The attacks were at night and the pain was extremely intense. The pain caused me to sweat perfusively, turn white as a ghost and nearly pass out. The pain was usually relieved w/ bowel movements always diarreha. So I thought just normal gas pain from diet, stress, etc...
The last 2 days now I've been experiencing the same symptoms, it feels like gas pain. I get attacks like every 5 minutes or so, the pain can be incapacitating. Can acid reflux cause abdominal pain like this? Does this sound like something serious or can I expierence pain like this from stress or diet? Any feedback would be appreciated..ty
