Dr. Schulze's Intestinal Formula #1 is amazing! Here's my story in a nutshell:
I've had trouble with constipation my entire life (I'm 32). I was lucky if I could go once per week. I had CTs and colonoscopies and the docs said I was fine. I've tried Zelnorm, Amitiza, all kinds of natural stuff including Natren's healthy trinity, triphala, acidophilous, Arbonne's colon cleanse, MOM, high fiber diets, metamucil, benefiber, fibersure, etc.... I'd take laxatives only when absolutely necessary since they're awful for you, but I'd still have to take the max dose for a few days before they'd kick in. Preparing for my colonoscopy, that big jug of nasty stuff that I drank didn't do a thing until 2 hours before the procedure! Even enemas didn't work!

I also have hypothyroidism which I keep regulated, but when it was time for my next dr. visit I decided to switch to an integrative doctor. I take 2 in the morning and 2 with dinner and I don't mind if I have to take it the rest of my life because it is amazing to have the normal sensation of having to go to the bathroom and actually feel empty! I know everyone is different, but it changed my "crappy" lifestyle of chronic constipation so it's worth a try!
