1) For the past 3 days now I have been having a bowel movement at least twice a day. I usually have one every 2 or 3 days. You are problaby wondering why I am asking about constipation, right? Well for each of these bowel movements I have had to strain (I know I know that's bad) to get anything to come out. What does come out if small, hard stool and in small quantities. Everything I have read said that constipation is having fewer than 3 bowel movments a week. Does this sound like constipation to you guys?
2) Also if it is constipation, is there anything besides laxatives I can use to help move things along? I really do not want to go there. I have added fiber to my diet with a supplment and I already drink lots of water. I was just wondering if anyone had any other ways of relieving constipation without laxatives. I only plan to go there if it gets really really bad, which it hasn't.
