Post Op Colon Resection

What a great site! I had a sigmoid Laproscopic resection, 2-3 inch incision left side, three portals right side. I have a wound infection on left incision that I was prescibed Keflex. I feel like I am doing pretty well and I can get around better everyday. However, I have major pain just below the right side of my belly botton that is stabbing and hurts when I walk, sit up, any movement really. This pain is not near any incision or portal and seems to change in strenghth when urinating. I don't know where this could be coming from. Any ideas? Thanks for the support.
