lumpy stool with white thick thread in it

This is the third time this has happened my stool is normal color but it is lumpy with white thick strings in it what my problem. Please

I had this happen when I was taking those big zinc/magnesium tablets every night before bed. It kinda looked like white rope or wet pieces of tissue paper. Some kind of mineral deposits. It can also be residue from certain medications (like the coatings on the tablets and stuff).
