Very embarrasing but need answers - Bowel Disorders Message Board

I have had hemerroids for the last couple of days, to the point I almost passed out a couple of times. I used prep H, tucks pads, took warm baths with epsom salts, used ice pack, everything I could think of to no avail. Finally this morning I woke up with some relief but now I have like a clear liquid leaking, not much just a little, and I don't know what it is. I also have been running a little fever with this. Is any of this normal, I had them once before a few years ago but I do not remember it being so excruciating. Sorry to be so vivid, but it has really just worn me out. I am not sure what caused them, I have really bad acid reflux and since starting my meds I have had a little constipation but not terrible.

I know how you feel !! I have been having a very painful spell also. I have tried every cream...pad...suppository imaginable

I wish I could help you answer your question , but I really don't know. If you are running fever it could be something that needs to be seen tho. I have never ran a fever with this. Anyway good luck and if you find a product that helps..please post..Sabrina

You should see your doctor...a fever with any symptom indicates a infection....good luck

After i had my second child I had them really bad they wanted to do surgery right then but decided not to, but in the end I had the surgery, but what I am trying to get to in the mean time, the doctor told me to use ***** hazel, just put it on a cotton ball and use it that way and it took the swelling completly away for a long time, hope this helps
