| frequent small hard bowel movments
My 20 month old has dime sized bowel movements constantly, every hour some days. He strains with each one, and hardly anthing comes out. His poor anus is sore and raw from being cleaned. I have cut out the dairy, made sure he drinks lots of fluids and gets lots of fibre, but it does not seem to be working. Any suggestions onj how to tackle the problem and should i be extremly concerned(I already have a doctors appointment booked)?
