Fiber recommendation?

Can anyone give me a good recommendation for a fiber supplement that meets this requirement:

"The natural balance of 75% insoluble to 25% soluble fiber is by taking a flax-based fiber. Flax provides roughly the same natural balance (approximately 65-75% insoluble to 25-35% soluble fiber). Most fiber supplements use psyllium fiber. Psyllium provides the opposite of the natural balance, approximately 20% insoluble fiber and 80% soluble fiber (that’s why it swells and gels so significantly).

Talking Re: Fiber recommendation?

Fiber Sure is good. Mixes well when added to liquids/food and has 5g. of Fiber per 1-tsp.

Also, Vitamuffins and Erin Baker's Breakfast Cookies are all natural and really High in fiber. These are great for snacks or added to Breakfast/Lunch.

Lots of the Kashi Cereals are great Fiber sources!
