In august this past year (7 months ago) I started to experience pain when going to the bathroom and standing up for extended periods of time; within a week of experiencing these problems I went to my family doctor and was told I had hemorrhoids, he prescribed me suppositiories and magnesium tablets. I followed the seppositiory/magnesium diet and took a break from my job (I am a photographer and often it includes a lot of standing and squatting). I've been to two more doctors since and had diagnoses both times, with minimal inspection.
Now, I'm only 19, I live an ordinary university life, however, since the hemorrhoids I've cut out all alcohol, caffeine, etc. eat a high fibre diet, take metamucil daily and magnesium suppliments, and drink about 2-4 litres of water a day.
I am cronically constipated, i irregulariy bleed onto the toilet paper (1-2 times a week), experience mild to extreme pain when defecating and such pain afterwards, I have a purpetual swolen ring around my anus that is red and fleshy. My actual stool is often discoloured (I cannot currently think of any colours, or what they look like), large but clumped together in a odd stringy fashion, like smaller stools combined into one larger one. I strain quite a bit to defecate.
In the past 2-3 months I've had about 2 situations where i've felt sharp pains in my lower right side, I'm not sure what this is.
As for fatigue, I am constantly tired, I used to be a very active athlete, despite being an art student, but now I find that if I even try to run 5k at a slow pace I am exhausted to the point of keeling over, with nausia and dizzyness.
What in the world is wrong with me, I'm starting to get worried.
edit: i've noticed recently I've been feeling feverish now and then also.
