my daughter started about 2 weeks ago complianing of cramping around belly button and dirreha.took her to the doctors twice and er once they did do blood work and mri they came back fine, they did ct scan the other day still waiting for results. when she had blood work they couldnt take it out of arm they had to do it in hand, and when she had ct they had to do the iv and couldnt do it in the arm again what does that mean?

perhaps she's dehydrated from the diarrhea? it just means they're having a hard time findng a good vein, that can be caused by low blood volume; otherwise some peoples veins are just hard to find/put a needle into..................

How old is your daughter and did she recently do a round of antibiotics for any reason? I ask because I recently discovered that I too have cramping and diarrhea but due to the eating of certain foods and nothing else.
I am trying what is known as "probiotics" to help remedy this issue.
Probiotics apparently help to regenerate lost or bad bacteria in the intestines and colon due to antibiotic use, poor diet and lack of fiber.
