sophie99 Registered User (female) Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: vic Posts: 0	grinding stomach Hi I have a strange grinding sound coming from my belly just under the left rib cage, it feels like it is grinding on itself or something when empty its unlike any hunger noise i've ever had. Apart from being extremely loud it's unusual I really would love to know the reason for this it started happening 7 or 8 years ago.
