Exclamation I have a bubble on my anus today which is scary!
I was consipated today and strained,which gave a little blood,not unusual,but have had burning pain since then.I felt down there and took the mirror,looked and there was the flesh bubble. I have never had hemmroids before but was told by my GP that I did inside. Could I have pused it out and if so,hjow do I get it back in? Any help before I go to the Dr. this week would be greatly appericiated!

There are creams like Preparation H which will decrease the swelling. Never strain for a bowel movement. Drink plenty of water and try to eat enough fruits and vegies. Drinking fruit juice will help a lot too (citrus juices don't count).
