| Why does my stomach always hurt
Why does my stomach cramp and growl after each meal? It can be anything like a piece of toast or baked chicken. It's so embarrasing that I have to sleep with a fan on so my spouse wont hear my loud gurgling stomach. About an hour or the following morning, I have to use the restroom and it's not too pretty. I have to warn people. I know I can't tolerate milk ever since I took slim fast 7 years ago. Also i take little gas pills but it's not helping. Actually, it seems like nothing is helping. What can I do to make this problem go away? I want to be able to eat anything I want with no problems and be able to sleep without hearing Godzilla in my stomach.
