Unanswered bowel problem - Bowel Disorders Message Board

I have had constant diaharea for the past 2 months. I have been tested for parasites, viruses, bacteria.. had a colonoscopy and all have come back negative. They are suggesting that it is mental. Never had this problem before. I am reluctant to take imodium but I am very dehydrated.

Any suggestions on what it might be?

It has been found and well documented in Medical literature that there is a connecting between the brain and intestines. The treatment is a low dose of an anti-depressant -- it seem to control or break the connection.
We are certainly all different.
