VegasGirl Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Jul 2001 Location: Oceanside, CA Posts: 506	How long should anal abscess drain? I had a really big, really deep perianal abscess drained in October. The incision healed too quickly so it came back, just smaller, and I had to have it drained again three weeks ago. It's been draining for three weeks, how long should it drain for? I have no pain at all anymore. Thanks!
