Colostomy blockages
I am trying to figure out if my Mom is experiencing a blockage after her 1-year old colostomy. She is vomiting and producing lots of liquid stool, but no fever or abdominal pain.

I would take her to the emergency room rather than guess what might be wrong. I think blockages are considered emergencies. Give her doctor a call at least.

Or just call her doctor's office. The nurse may be able to help.
