There are some food additives such as a whitener that is sometimes added to white cake frosting that can cause a white stool. Medically, Hepatitis can cause a white stool. If you have any other symptoms of Hepatitis or have any reason to believe you have been infected with it, call your Dr!!!

Have you had a CT scan lately? If so, the barium you have to drink for a high contrast CT scan can cause light colored stools for a couple days.
