I think I need to poop more
I poop about once a week sometimes maybe every 5 days, sometimes 10. I eat plenty of fiber; my diet is mainly fruit, vegetables, and grains with very little meat, dairy, or fats. I also drink an average of 1.5 to 2 gallons of water per day, way more than average. I'm also active, I stretch daily, and will participate in some form of exercise at least an hour a day. So, is there any problem not pooping more? I don't feel constipated, and don't have any trouble when I do need to go, but I don't think it should be that infrequent. Having looked at others suggestions for similar cases I'm going to try prunes/prune juice, but are there any other thoughts?
