star_light221 Senior Member (female) Join Date: Nov 2002 Location: australia Posts: 140	worried Could i please ask ,what are the symptoms of bowel cancer? my husband says he has no problems with his water works but that he gets a strange full sensation in bottom of tummy and he swells right up .He said it moves around inside his belly like a snake,could this be some type of stitch in the intestines, He also gets this feeling after he eats .I know this sounds more like a tummy issue but i have this deep concern that is probably unfounded about his bowel.
