Hi! I don't know too much about this except my dad had a colostomy and had to use a bag. They removed alot of his intestine. But I did have a friend years ago that had colo-rectal surgery and the doctors told him he might have incontinence problems. I would definitely see your doctor and tell him about this. Perhaps there are excersises to strengthen the sphincter so this won't happen. Good Luck and sorry I wasn't more helpful.
