Hello everyone,

I am scheduled to have pph this friday. I have a couple internal grade 3 hems and one really small external. Doc says i am a good candidate. He thinks the procedure will take care of the external(which does not bother me at all) the internal ones are not at all painful but I need something done because they bleed badly, and no meds work. My doc says he will give me appropriate pain meds along with muscle relaxers for the bowel spasms. He says I will be in a fair amount of pain but if i do everything he says it will be manageable. I am scared to death. Is the pain SEVERE!!!! Is the pain constant??? Do i need to buy a sitz bath and a donut to sit on or do they provide them??? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I mostly read horror stories on here. I have read a couple of good ones. Is it because most people (like myself) only post on here when there is a problem. I will keep you all informed. I am sure I will need all your support. Thanks for being there for all of us.
