food poison???? - Bowel Disorders Message Board

I went out to eat today, had a salad, roll, some peanuts, a steak, & french fries, & I am seriously not used to eating that much, and oh within 5 minutes after I develop yellow watery diarrhea. I hadn't had a bowel movement for 2 days and they are never like this. I'm not vomitting but the diarrhea hasn't went away and my stomach has been cramping & hurting.

If it was by chance food poison, how long after before you start throwing up? My only other guess is a malabsorption problem which wouldn't surprise me much, if it was.

It's not food poisoning, I never did throw up, but I was painting outside all day yesterday & recently started walking 3-4 times a day. Maybe you shouldn't eat a big meal right after strenuous activity.
