Keyhole deformity after fissurectomy
Hi All,

Do you have information about the keyhole deformity after fissure excision.

I've had fissurectomy and lateral internal sphincterotomy a year ago.But there keyhole deformity occurred.Discharge, itching and burning is done.

What is the treatment of these disorders.

Please help.
