| Disappointing pro-biotics
Well, folks, these pro-biotics aren't very effective! I tried the Philip's Colon Health ones, which seemed to work after about 2 weeks, but then nothing. Switched to Pearls, same thing - worked after 2 weeks, then nothing. I guess the easiest way is to just use Miralax twice a week to produce movement. My dr isn't very helpful about this issue, beyond warning me that I may develop a condition where I NEED to use laxatives to produce anything. I hate prune juice, so that's not an option, and I eat so much fiber I think that may be part of the problem; too much bulk with no response. **sigh**
