I am prepping today for a colonoscopy and upper scope for tomorrow. On my instruction sheet under examples of clear liquids it says I can have Coffee as long as it doesn't have milk in it, and tea. It has other things listed as well including carbonated beverages. I just started sipping a Coke (I don't like Coffee or tea) but am wondering now if its clear enough. However I am assuming if you can have Coffee, which is even darker than Coke, you could have Coke, right? I do use a ton of ice when I drink it if that makes a difference. I also don't see the point in it having to be clear anyway. I mean, everything is coming right back out so what's the point?
