Prune Juice

Does this help you go more regularly? I don't want to use laxatives because I know that isn't very healthy. My waste is never banana shaped so I feel like a lot is getting left behind. I've always had constipation issues. What can I do to feel better?

Re: Prune Juice

I have Slow Transit Constipation and laxatives don't work on me. I find that things are a little better when I regularly drink Prune Juice, one big glass in the morning and night before bed.
