Fiber..Insoluable/Souable

My stool is soft and hard to come out and looks sticky and pasty at times. I eat fiber one cereal, pineapple, oatmeal, pinto beans, baked potato, nutra grain bars, prune juice and 1 tb of metamucil and miralax. I drink at leat 129 ozs of water. Does anyone know if I am balancing soluable/insoluable?

I dread my bms each day because it is such a struggle to pass even if this routine, I am frustrated, depressed and think maybe having a bag would give me my life back.
