| I have been told this about hemorrhoids..is this true????
Hi.
I was diagnosed with EXTERNAL THROMBOSED HEMORRHOIDS. I have been 20 days with medications and home remedies to cure it "naturally". It is getting better and seems that a blood clot I had...is gone...however I still have some mild discomfort..
I am a triathlete...and when I was beginning the medication period the Doctor told me that it was OK to swim, (not run and bike)..so I swam and the problem got chronic...THE SWIMMING WAS NOT DOING ANY GOOD (For all who are suffering this...DO NOT EXERCISE!! JUST MILD WALKING AND IF IT HURTS STOP IMMEDIATELY!!) many people say that exercise is "good" for circulation....LIE!! it is not when you have hemorrhoids (especially external ones)..
Although I am better now, not 100% free and unable to go back to trainning.. I AM WORRIED ABOUT SOMETHING I HAVE BEEN TOLD... I have been told THAT ONCE ANYONE SUFFERS FROM THIS PROBLEM, THE VEINS WALLS ARE DAMAGED FOREVER AND THE RECURRENCE OF HEMORRHOIDS IS LIKELY TO HAPPEN AND THE WORST OF ALL IS THAT EACH TIME THE HEMS COME AGAIN, BIGGER, MORE PAINFUL, AND WILL TAKE LONGER TO HEAL EACH TIME...IS THIS TRUE???? HOW LIKELY IS THE RECURRENCE OF HEMORRHOIDS IF I AM A TRIATHLETE??
I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR ANSWERS..
THANKS.
