Just not pooping like I use too
So I have been riding pretty hard for the last 4 weeks, I am down from about 265 to 250, I am eating like 1900 - 2200 cals a day but have about 45 hours of cycling hours logged. My HRM says I use 1200 cals/hour so that is 45,000 cals.
I don't seem to ever go to the bathroom for a #2, I am drinking plenty and urinate quite frequently, but only #2 every other day and it isn't much. I am getting a ton of fruits and vegetables, plenty of fish and meet and a ton of rice and a small amount of pasta.
Should I be concerned about this or is it just the case that I am using so many extra cals that my body is digesting everything to it's fullest. Thanks.
