Bowel flare up feels like Paxil withdrawal

I have yet to be diagnosed, but I believe that I have an inflammatory bowel. Just getting over a bout. I have a question: I felt the headache, sweating, mental (dys)functioning effects as if I'd stopped my Paxil cold turkey. As I've read that the bowel contains most of the system's serotonin, had anyone else who's on Paxil had this effect? I'm on 20 mgs. daily.
