constipation
i'm taking care of 85 y/o man, he did not pooh for 5 days since he been discharge from the hospital and taking 2 kinds of antibiotics, cifro and flagyl and i'm thinking that the reason why he can't pooh. how many times could i used the suppository for him, if he attempt to pooh but didn't come at all but i put the suppository already 2hrs.ago.

Have you tried MiroLax? I take it every day and it is really mild but works. I have been so constipated in the past that I had to go to the ER. The ER dr. recommended it. Good luck.
