blood in bowel movement

when i have a bowel movement i look in the toilet and its just blood what is the reason for this?

Could be rectal inflammation or hemorrhoids or a fissure.

You should definitely get checked out for any rectal bleeding.

Do you have rectal pain or feelings like your butt is trying to empty what's in there and not much but blood comes out?
