| Bowel slowed down and stopped
I'm just 60 and very fit. Psychologically aware and emotionally "intelligent" (seems to be the new buzzword) and very "in to" the effects that unexpressed emotions and issues may have on our physical bodies.
Being reasonably sorted, I was aghast, ney, choked, when in April 2010 constipation set in. Between then and now (October 2010) the constipation has become "just not working at all". Laxatives don't work except the concoction I took the day before the colonoscopy (which revealed no problems what-so-ever !)
I've had several colonic irrigations which do empty out "goat droppings". Still no action. The surgeon and the Doctor are baffled.
Now seeing a nutritionist (October 2010) who is top in her field and who apparently advises NASA !
She has detected a lot of nutritional disorders which are effecting the gallbladder, spleen and liver. So I am hoping that her dietary suggestions and supplements will solve the problem.
Anybody got any other suggestions, or maybe been down the road of the nutritionist ?
