trystme Senior Veteran (female) Join Date: Apr 2004 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 1,107	Lots of trouble urinating after fissurectomy and sphincteronomy I had my surgery on Friday. The only way that I can pee is to get in a bath of warm water and then it is only a tiny bit at a time even though I'm drinking plenty. No BM yet either and I'm really worried about when that happens. Does anyone know what I could do about the urinary retension?
