Unhappy My mom...
This is my first time here, but I care for my 60 yr old mother who is in great health. I came home from work today to find out from her that she was just sitting outside when with no sign or symptom she felt warmth and realized that she had diarrhea in her pants. Can anyone help me understand this or know the cause. She has no health insurance, but if this is something serious, we will be in an emergency room.

It is very likely only an isolated incident, or perhaps the onset of a stomach bug or upset. If it becomes a regular issue, of course she would need to be seen. Likewise if she has many more episodes in the next hours or has vomiting or high fever. However, it doesn't sound like it's an emergency at the moment.
