 Anal fissure
I just had surgery I had a hemorrhoidectomy about 18 mos ago and my first bm was so bad it tore all the stitches and created an anal fissure and I still had many skin tags so after the surgical area getting infected and in the last year and a half of having a puss pocket and 10 round of antibiotics I asked my dr if she would cut it out...she sent me to a general surgeon and he got rid of it all...the fissure the skin tags and now this Is day one post op and it hurts pretty bad they gave me oxy and colace...nurse said to ice it that really seems to help with the pain and do 3-4 sitz baths a day. I feel good except when I wake up and the drugs wear off and the ice is melted.
The area feels dry though so I was wondering if it was ok to put a little neosporin down there any suggestions?
