Loose bowel movements after almost every meal
Blood in stool. Looks dark but when I wipe it looks lighter (unknown color)
No pain whatsoever
No weight loss
Sometimes when our meal we just finished eating is high in fat content it can make our stools loose. Try keeping a food diary for two weeks and write down everything you eat, what time, how soon after eating you have a bowel movement and the color and consistency . This hopefully give you an idea what foods are causing the loose bowel movements. You may have an allergy or maybe you need to eat other foods that will help firm up your bowel movements with the food that causes loose stools. As for the blood it could be an internal hemorrhoid, anal fissure, or rectum inside is irritated from the loose stools. Get it checked out thoroughly by a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.
