Mucous with no stool

I am a healthy 18 year old female and I have a pretty healthy lifestyle and "eat right" (usually). I have never experienced bowl or intestine issues before until now. For the last couple weeks off and on I have experienced that sometimes when I use the restroom, I only produce gas followed by mucous discharge. Sometimes the discharge is clear, other times it is red like blood. But it is not a dark red or clumpy so from what I have read it is probably unrelated to the Collin?

Please help!

Check this out with your GP as soon as possible if you are in pain as you need medical advice as it could be related to Crohns Disease
