Angry 5 Steps Forward Then 1 Major Jump Back!

Anyone help or someone to chat with would be great!

So thought I was doing so much better. BM were going great ... Got off the pain meds ... stool softners were doing great ... No prolapsed hemmie coming out and then all of a sudden here I go again! Had a BM last night and thought I was straining and out comes my hemmie. Took me 2hrs to finally get it back in ... Lots of blood this time.

Now I am back in bed ... On pain meds & my ibuprofen ... Switching between icing & heat.

What do do???? My colon/rectal appt is not until next Wed and I really want to make it til then w/out anymore problems or trips to the er!

Help me please!
