If i'm suffering from a chronic anal fussier, Is it best to rest or be active?

I'll ask my questions first, and tell the whole story last

1. If you're suffering from a chronic anal fussier, should you rest so that it can heal, or should you be active like going out or exercising?.. I know that exercise helps with constipation, but I'm not asking about that.. My question is about if exercise directly helps in the healing process of the wound.

2. if it does help, should you do it even if it cause pain?

3. How should you sleep or lie down if you have anal fussier?

Please mention if your answers are based on experience, or academic knowledge.

I suffered from an anal fussier three years back, and it healed with laxative and medications in two weeks..
about 6 months later, i felt pain while in the bathroom, and there was blood, but it went away after diet adjustment.. and i was okay the past few years.. may be some itching from time to time goes away quickly..

a month ago i started feeling pain but no blood.. i went to the doctor, and now I'm on laxative, an ointment, and warm water sitz baths for almost 4 weeks without real improvement..
I'm resting all the time in bed since this started a month ago.. don't go out not even to work(yearly time off work).
I tried to walk around in my apartment, i felt the pain in 4 minutes

Thank you.
