Other that imodium, what else can one do to slow down the bowels and firm up the BM's?
Bananas,white rice,dry toast, Citrucel or Metamucil adds bulk to the stool.Just make sure you drink 1 8 oz. glass of water before taking the fiber supplement and another 8 oz. after taking it. If you don't drink enough water you will go from diarrhea to being bound up tighter than a drum with constipation.
