bowenkasie94 Newbie (female) Join Date: Sep 2011 Location: Tennessee Posts: 5	Lump in lower left quadrant of abdominal For a couple of months now, I will get a really bad cramping pain in my lower left part of my stomach, and when I push down after the pain I can feel a lump in the shape of a rod. It will eventually go down, but it will come back. What is causing this?
